Today is a great day to be a PS3 Skyrim fan. Now that sound weird coming from me who always said that it sucks to be both a PS3 and Skyrim fan. Given that PC fans could always enjoy new mods while Xbox 360 ones had all three DLC packs released on time, it really felt like Bethesda didn’t care for its PS3 followers.
PS3: Skyrim Dawnguard, Dragonborn & Hearthfire discounts confirmed
Well it looks like that is no longer the case as the game developer dropped a bombshell today. According to Bethesda, we can expect all three DLC packs to hit the PS3 next month. That’s right, we’re talking about Dawnguard, Dragonborn and Hearthfire all coming to the PS3 sometime in February.
While a firm release date hasn’t been given Bethesda did say that PS3 users will enjoy a 50 percent discount across all three DLC packs! There were rumors of this for months now alongside that of all DLC packs coming together on the PS3, so it looks like it has all been proven true.
We will be keeping an eye on future announcements from Bethesda on a more solid release date for Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn. But given the company’s earlier announcement, we can still expect the Dragonborn DLC to hit the PS3 first even if it is just days ahead.
