The Porsche Panamera has opened up the door to let the Porsche 911 Turbo Hybrid in and this is a vehicle that has already been seen out in testing.
It was said that the upcoming Porsche 911 Turbo Hybrid would sit in the middle of the line-up of the vehicles from Porsche, however this may prove to be wrong and it is possible that we may see two gas-electric vehicles. The conventionally powered vehicle is going to be heading our way later on next year or possibly in 2019.
There were plenty of rumours going around about the Porsche 911 Turbo Hybrid and it has been said that we could expect the Panamera and the 911 to get gas/electric versions. Some of the rumours have proven to be wrong, and this includes the 700 horsepower and the fact that it would arrive this year.
By the time that the Porsche 911 Turbo Hybrid does make its way out Porsche will have already shown off the Mission E, which is the first electric vehicle from the carmaker.
