Porsche did suggest that we might see more variant of the Porsche Mission E in the future and now it looks like they might have an idea of what variants they would want to offer.
According to Car and Driver, Stefan Weckbach, Porsche EV development boss revealed that the Mission E platform would be ready for a two-door coupe and convertible design. While he did not say that that is what Porsche plans to do, we now know that it is possible if Porsche wants to go that direction.
Weckbach also added that Porsche is playing around with the idea of having a rear wheel drive option right now. However, don’t get too excited yet because even if Porsche does offer the rear-wheel drive system, it will most likely be offered on the entry-level models only.
Porsche was at the Geneva Motor Show showing off their 600PS cross utility vehicle that is able to go from 0-62mph in 3.5 seconds.
