Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid To Match Panamera

By  |

The Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid will be arriving soon and according to Porsche, we can expect its range to be as impressive as the Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid model.

As exciting as that sound, it does not look like the hybrid model is coming to the US this year as Porsche reveals that only the Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne S, Cayenne Turbo was approved for the US this at this time. More might be added but for now, that is all they have.

There is not a whole lot of details about the Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid right now but we do know that the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid is powered by a 2.9-liter twin turn V6 engine that was paired with an electric motor to offer about 462hp and 516lb ft of torque. The vehicle has a maximum electric range of 31miles.

More details will arrive later this year but for now, it is nice to know that the Cayenne E-Hybrid will be matching the Panamera when it comes to its electric range.
