Nissan Electric SUV To Follow After Leaf?

After all the speculations, we finally got to see what the Nissan Leaf is all about but it looks like Nissan’s electric vehicle journey is not going to stop there.

Autocar has just reported that Nissan is also working on an all-new electric SUV model that they will be showing off in Japan next month at the Tokyo Motor Show. We still do not know what it is going to be like but it is said that it could larger than the Nissan Qashqai.

The vehicle is expected to arrive with a 40kWh battery which will allow the vehicle to offer about 150miles of range. Although that does not sound like much, most people think that it should come with a more affordable price compared to its competitors.

There were also speculations that we might see a 60kWh battery being offered on the SUV in the future which would allow the vehicle to offer about 200 range of electric range.
