Mercedes did announce that they are working on the next-gen Mercedes Benz CLA model right now and spies have also been able to spot the vehicle while it was getting tested on the street although the vehicles were all heavily covered in camo.
Since the vehicle was so heavily covered, the production design is still a huge mystery but we do know that the vehicle will be getting its design from the AMG GT Concept seen in Geneva last year.
Under the hood of the vehicle should be a range of four-cylinder petrol engine including the new 1.3-liter engine developed by Daimler and Renault along with a few diesel and probably electric engine options as well.
The interior will most like get an upgrade similar to what Mercedes showed off at CES this year called the Mercedes-Benz User Experience. At this point, most people believe that the vehicle will be making its debut in 2019 but no date or debut window has been announced yet.
