The LG Nexus 4 has brought something unique to the Android party – brilliant build quality.
Did the LG Nexus 4 back get swapped?
Since we laid eyes on it, we’ve been bigging up the fibre of this phone’s fabric, as well as its styling, which is as good as the iPhone 5. We did, however have, and hear, complaints about the rear glass being a bit too fragile.
So, there’s some mixed news now – good and bad. A lot of readers who have got their LG Nexus 4 have said that it’s a bit different to the one we were describing last month. Maybe LG has changed the crystal glass on the rear to make it a bit tougher?
This is great, obviously, but what’s equally obvious is the fact that it’s lost its sparkle. That’s right – no matter what angle you hold it up to the light, or how bright that light is, the glitter has gone.
We haven’t heard anything official, but we’ve had no fewer than a dozen readers come to us with the same comment, so something’s going on with this latest batch of LG Nexus 4. We’ve asked LG about this, and we’ll let you know more as soon as we hear something.
