128GB Motorola X Phone To Leave Nexus 4 Feeling Emasculated

By  |

There are numerous Android handsets making their way out, such as the Xperia Z, the M7 and the Samsung Galaxy S4. However one device that has everyone talking is the device between the Google/Motorola partnerships, the Motorola X. while both companies are remaining quiet there have been many leaks that suggest that the handset will be making its way out this year.

We told you last week about a job listing from Motorola on LinkedIn, which let us know that the company were looking for a senior manager to manage the development of the Motorola X handset. This ad then vanished and it has been said that the handset could make an appearance at Google I/O in May of this year.

There is some interesting information about the storage of the handset with PhoneArena saying that the handset could have storage that is monstrous and it would leave every other handset standing.

It has been said that the storage will be 128GB and this can be boosted via SD card. While the LG Nexus 4 offers value for money when you purchase it from the Google Play Store, Google may also be about to take over when it comes to storage and they could offer handsets that such as Samsung, HTC and Sony, will not be able to compete with.

If they could somehow manage to keep the cost down of the handsets they could change the smartphone world. The Google X has got people talking as rumour has it that this will have Key Lime Pie Android 5. So what do you think about a handset that comes with 128GB of internal storage and SD card to expand? And what would this mean for the LG Nexus 4 and its successors who are also eying customers after a pure Android experience?
