Anyone who is looking for proof that the Motorola Google X exists only have to turn to the Qualcomm roadmap that shows Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie schedule. The reason behind this is the X phone is said to be coming out later this year and this would work out perfect if the device is to run the latest version of Android.
Motorola X name tipped in Qualcomm Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie roadmap
The Motorola X is said to be making its way out at the Google I/O and now that we have news of the roadmap, Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie will be making its way out at this time too. Therefore it is safe to assume that the OS will come on the new Google Motorola X Phone. It has also been said that the device will not be a Nexus handset and this does make sense.
The name of the handset will be the Motorola X, we are certain of this after seeing a recent job listing. We have also mentioned how Samsung might be feeling nervous about the handset with Key Lime Pie as it would be yet another big rival that would be in competition with the Samsung Galaxy S4.
We are assuming that Motorola may stick with the Kevlar that they are known for and they could use a battery of 3,000 plus mAh so as to ensure that everyday demands could be met. In past one of their biggest weaknesses has been the camera, however this time around it has been said that the Motorola X could have some new technology in this department from Sony. What we are now waiting for is to find out if Motorola are to make an announcement of the Google X tablet too.
