With the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD in stores already, Motorola went ahead and mass emailed out an ad for the Android Ice Cream Sandwich phone with stellar battery life.
Verizon Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD ad shows a different DROID
While there’s nothing wrong with that, the email that was sent out didn’t show the DROID it was meant to be advertising. Gone was the Kevlar body and what you had in place looked like a shiny gray Motorola Android. Now unless Motorola plans on releasing another Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD in a different color and body shape, then this is not the DROID we’re looking for. Check out the picture at the bottom.
The real Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD retails for $299.99 with a two-year contract and boasts a 4.7-inch display, 8-megapixel rear camera, 3,300mAh battery, Kevlar rear shell, LTE and a front facing camera. All this is driven by a Snapdragon dual-core processor coupled to 1GB RAM and Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
Update: It looks like Motorola has caught wind of their mistake. Droid-Life reports that their designer have changed the graphics in the ad which was also displayed on their website.
