However the excitement was shortlived as it seemed to have been halted abruptly only hours on. News came about that Verizon had possibly prematurely released the Jelly Bean update to owners of the Motorola DROID RAZR and had put things to a stop before it went too far. So why the pause?
According to those who received the Jelly Bean update, there are now issues with connectivity, mobile hotspot and even random Verizon apps crashing. I personally haven’t been so lucky (or unlucky) to receive the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update on my Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX so can’t say just how bad the problems are that it warrants a swap. If you have, then please do tell us.
