More complaints regarding the Motorola Droid 2 continues to arise. There have been quite a number of people who had took to the company’s customer forum in expressing their dissatisfaction, hoping that their problems could be resolved. But are they really being taken care of by the customer service professionals?
The latest issue concerning users is that there appears to be vertical green lines running down their Droid 2, making the whole situation kind of creepy as they have never dropped the phone before. Or so they have claimed. One user by the name of “venoran” reportedly had those lines appearing, disappearing then reappearing again on his Droid 2, but only to be told that he could have dropped the phone. The same “resolving” method happened with another user too, “JDA9889”, whereby the customer service professionals didn’t really suggested anything useful but rather just pinpointing to the user that he might have not taken good care of it.
Is this really the way to aid your customers’ in times of need? Perhaps the company has heard too much of the complaints that they can’t really be bothered now. If you’ve got other issues pertaining to your Droid 2 that you feel the need to get it off your chest, sound off in the comments below.
