4J Studios have posted a screen shot of the TU12 patch for the Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition. On their Twitter page they dropped hints at new content in update, they mentioned, apple, diamond, domestic ocelots, mob heads, red stone, wheat and more.

Along with these additions they also talked about adding in support for texture packs. Thanks to the inclusion of many new features, the development of the patch is taking a lot longer than what was first anticipated. This is down to the fact that a large portion of the architecture for the software needed changing.

Gamers can get Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition along with it being available as a digital download in the Xbox Live Marketplace. There will be a port of the game over to the Xbox One when it arrives.
