Mercedes X-Class Is Similar To Ridgeline On Steroids
The Mercedes X-Class concept comes with the Nissan Navara base and the trucks architecture has been altered so that it fits in the bodywork of the Mercedes-Benz. The vehicle is said to have the V6 diesel engine and this is a leader among turbocharged engines. This means that the X-Class is very much like the Honda Ridgeline that has been on steroids.
The Mercedes X-Class is a pickup truck for everyday driving instead of focusing on going off the road. This is in the same vein as the Honda Ridgeline. One of the differences is that it is a more premium vehicle than the Ridgeline.
The Mercedes X-Class is able to carry 2,400 pounds and it can tow up to 7, 700lbs in weight. Of course, it can do all of this and it also offers the ride quality that Mercedes-Benz is known for around the world.
The Mercedes X-Class should be coming our way in 2017 and right now we don’t have any idea about the price tag of it. It is thought that the production will roll out in Europe, South Africa and Australia first, before moving on to Latin America.
The Mercedes X-Class shouldn’t be arriving in the US due to the fact that there is a 25% fee on trucks that are imported.
