Mercedes may me joining the electric vehicle party a little late, but hey better late than never they say. They have just announced that they are going to offer a huge unveiling at the upcoming Paris Motor Show and we can expect to see 2 sedans and 2 SUVs arrive.

Mercedes will be taking to the stage at the show in September to show off a fleet of electric vehicles but they will all be in the prototype stage when shown off and we are not expecting to see them before 2020.

The countdown is on and rumors point to Mercedes unveiling 2 SUVs along with 2 sedans, with all four vehicle relying on electric powertrains that should be able to offer up a driving range of 300 miles or more.

Now everyone is waiting to see what the Mercedes EV vision is bringing to the table and will then compare them to Tesla vehicles. Tesla has been described as being a luxury EV kingpin, so we for one cannot wait to see how Mercedes is going to compare.
