The Samsung Galaxy lineup of device is one of the most popular among the Android handsets that have come out in 2015. So owners of the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5 and other handsets are not surprised to find out that the devices are getting the latest update to Marshmallow.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow is coming to the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5, Note 4 and more and Samsung has confirmed that the update is coming this year.
The roadmap for Android 6.0 Marshmallow will include the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy S5, S6 Edge+, Note 5, S6 Edge, Galaxy S6, Tab S2 and the A8 and A7 Galaxy Alpha devices.
So if you have the Samsung Galaxy S5 and you are on Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile or AT&T you can expect to see the update coming your way soon.
