Google wasn’t prepared for how well the LG Nexus 4 would sell when they released it last week. The handset sold out on the Google Play Store around the globe, within an hour or so of it being available. This meant that many were unlucky and they are now waiting for new stock.
No new LG Nexus 4 stock coming until next month (rumor)
At the moment Google isn’t giving out precise details about when new stock will arrive, however 3G.co.uk suggest that it could be as long as three weeks. So if you have not been able to place an order and are on the waiting list, this means that you could have to wait until December before being able to get the LG Nexus 4.
Google said that they were overwhelmed by the demand for the new Nexus 4 and this shouldn’t have been surprising considering the low price tag and high specs.
The LG Nexus 4 starts at $299 for the 8GB unlocked version and it has a display of 4.7 inches and 1280 x 720 resolution. It runs on a Snapdragon quad-core processor, has 2GB of RAM and packs a rear camera of 8 megapixels. It also comes with the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update out of the box.
