LG Nexus 4 Hits End Of The Line… Unless The Mayans Were Wrong

By  |

If you wanted to get your hands on the LG Nexus 4 then you are out of luck as the device is sold out in the UK, US and Australia, along with the rest of the world. It seems that it will remain this way, at least until the New Year. You can still place an order for the LG Nexus 4; however you will not get it until shipping starts again in 2013.

LG Nexus 4 sold out for the year

This means that, providing the world doesn’t end as Mayans have predicted, you will be able to get your hands on the device from January 2013 onwards only.

At the moment it is not clear whether the delay has been with the device selling exceptionally well or that LG and Google made it in small quantities only given they didn’t expect much demand. It has been said that the sold out message will be on the webpage until next month and then there will be a 3 month wait for you to have your device delivered to you. However the latter is just speculations at the moment.

If you were one of the few lucky ones who ordered the 16GB version of the LG Nexus 4 then a delay is slightly less than the 8GB version. This delay until 2013 applies to all order places since the start of this month.
