The Samsung Galaxy S4 is arguably the next big Android smartphone to roll in in the next few months. At this time we have a handful of specs from various sources but no clue as to what it may look like.
Samsung Galaxy S4 concept has hints of S3 mixed with LG Nexus 4 & DROID RAZR
With the Samsung Galaxy S3 being the best-seller of 2012 and having really only been criticized for its choice of exterior materials (glossy plastic), we would think that as important as its hardware will be the design of its successor.
Over on DeviantArt we recently got a glimpse of an awesome Samsung Galaxy S4 render by 96design (see below). It boasts a very serious look with a nice textured back that is a far cry from the plastic-fantastic styling of the Samsung Galaxy S3.
The overall shape reminds me of the LG Nexus 4 and the texture something similar to the Motorola DROID RAZR HD, both very classy looking smartphones. Given the subtle stylings of its rivals like the LG Nexus 4 and iPhone 5, this almost industrial look will no doubt show the Samsung Galaxy S4 is as good outside as it is under the hood. Check out the Samsung Galaxy S4 concept and tell us what you think.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is rumored to launch sometime in April with a 5-inch 1080p display and come with Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie out of the box.
