The pre-order page has officially gone up for the LG Nexus 4 has at Carphone Warehouse. The landing page confirms the design, name and the Android OS , along with all the other specs of the device.

The LG Nexus 4 will be shipping on 30th October, just one day following Google announcing the device at their event in NY points out the retailer. With Google expected to reveal Android 4.2 on 29th October, it means that the public could technically get their hands on the latest OS in less than 24 hours. How awesome is that?
Confirmation has also been given that the latest version of the OS, Android 4.2 will stay as Jelly Bean shows the specs listed on CP. Google have included new features in the update and one of them that Google may tell you about is the 360 degree panoramic photos. They may also reveal Gesture Typing, this is said to be a fast way to type as you drag your finger over the letters of the keyboard to spell words. Haven’t we heard of something like this before? Ah yes, it’s called Swype.
The LG Nexus 4 comes with a display of 4.7 inches HD and it has a camera of 8 megapixels. It runs on the quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and has 8GB of storage. At the moment the price of the handset has not been revealed hence why you can only pre-order it.
