While we won’t call the LG G6 a flop, the fact is that the LG G6 got outshined by their rivals from the start and most people would rather go for smartphones like the Sony Xperia XZ and the Samsung Galaxy S8 instead of the LG G6.
While the LG G6 did not stand a change, the LG G6 + might. There were speculation that there might be another G6 and now it has been confirmed. The device has announced this week and will be heading to Korea next month.
So what’s the difference between the standard G6 and the G6+? Well, the G6+ will come with 6GB of RAM instead of 4GB. It will have 128GB of internal storage, Qi charging and a few new colour option.
Besides showing off their new G6+, LG also announces that they will be releasing a new security feature for both the LG G6 and LG G6+ called FacePrint which is a facial recognition system that will allow you to unlock your device in less than 1 second.
