We’ve already seen the LG G4 and G3 rolled out with the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow for them in different parts of the globe – now all eyes are on the LG G2. Of course it’s the G2, what else could it be?
LG wasn’t clear as to just how far back it was planning to go with updating their flagship models to the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow update. And so users of the LG G2 still have their hopes up of an announcement.
We have already seen the Verizon LG G2 gets benchmarked with Android 6.0 Marshmallow and the results are surprisingly quite fair. This is of course with a custom ROM so we will have to wait and see what LG has planned officially.
With having scored the same in single core and 2728 in multi core on Geekbench, we have a feeling that if LG doesn’t provide Marshmallow to G2 users then a stable custom ROM shouldn’t be too far off. Perhaps a little note for all the G2 users out there: have a little patience, will ya?
