Jeep Grand Commander SUV Going Big In Beijing

By  |

Jeep was at the Beijing Auto Show this year where they showed off their new three-row UV called the Grand Commander. We’ve already seen the leaked images and patent drawing before the debut so most people already had an idea of what the SUV was going to look like.

Overall, the vehicle looks like the bigger version of the Jeep Yuntu as well as a bit of the Jeep Renegade. Despite it looking like the largest model Jeep has to offer, it is actually only 2 inches longer than the Grand Cherokee and narrower.

The Jeep Grand Commander will be powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that will be offering only 231hp and 258lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission.

At this point, nobody really knows if the vehicle will be heading to the US or not so we will have to wait and see.
