iPhone 5: Why You Can’t Say No To Apple’s iPhone This Time Around

By  |

The launch of the iPhone 5 is likely to be one of the biggest upgrades in all of the history of electronics. Forbes reports that an analyst said the iPhone 4S took 1 million pre-orders during the first 24 hours after announcement and he said that the iPhone 5 would probably sell around 1.3 million to 1.5 million within the same time span, this time around.

Forbes: why the iPhone 5 will be unavoidable this time around

So what will make this the largest upgrade in history and why will the device make you want to head over to an Apple store and pre-order it as soon as possible?

Forbes points out that one thing that will be very different is the screen of the iPhone 5. No longer will it be 3.5 inches, instead it will jump up to 4 inches and it will have had a change when it comes to the aspect ratio, which will be 16:9.

You will want it because it will come with support for 4G LTE which will ensure that you are able to enjoy faster connections and data speeds.

The handset will be around 15% thinner than the iPhones currently on the market.

The iPhone 5 will have had a design change and will now come in the form of a modern unibody casing, which will make it look (more) high end.

The iPhone 5 should have a faster processor than any other iPhone to have been released to date. And best yet, the iPhone 5 will have the same price as the current iPhone 4S, which is expected to drop down in price.

The next generation iPhone will of course come with next generation software in the form of the latest iOS 6. While the older generation iPhone models will be getting the update as well, some features may be stripped out due to incompatibility.

The wait for the Apple iPhone 5 reveal is just 24 hours away and then we will know just what the device will and will not come with. The excitement is mounting.

Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, PC, iPhone and Android games keep Berke busy at work all day. Honestly though we’re not sure why we’re paying him as it should be the other way around.
