If you are in the market for a new tablet you might be looking at the iPad Air, iPad Pro or the iPad Mini, but which of these should you go for?
The iPad Pro offers a display of 9.7 inches along with one of 12.9 inches, the iPad Air 2 has a display of 9.7 inches, the iPad Mini 4 and iPad Mini 2 both offer a display of 7.9 inches. Along with there being many choices for the display there are also lots of choices for the processor and of course the price tag. All of these are going to have an effect on which model you should buy.
The iPad Mini 2 comes in with the cheapest price tag at $269. The iPad Air 2 is $399 and the iPad Mini 4 is around the same. The iPad Pro is the dearest option as the 9.7 inch is $599 and the 12.9 inch is $799.
The iPad Mini 2 and iPad Mini 4 both offer high density displays and all except the Mini 2 comes with displays that have been laminated. The iPad Pro offers one of the most advanced displays ever and the 12.9 inch version has the laminated retina display at 2732 x 2048. If you are looking for a tablet that offers graphics that are ultra-sharp then the iPad Mini 4 cannot be beaten.
The lightest is the iPad Mini 4 at just 298.8 grams and if you want something that can be easily carried around then this may be the best choice. The iPad Mini 4 along with iPad Air 2 both have Bluetooth keyboards and stylus or you can get the Smart keyboard for the iPad Pro.
The iPad Mini 2 offers the A7 processor and its $130 cheaper than the iPad Mini 4 and the iPad Air. It has the lowest price tag and its small.
The iPad Mini 4 is similar to the iPad Air 2 but denser and smaller and costs $100 less and comes with the Apple A8 processor. It is the lightest and you can take it anywhere you might want to go.
The iPad Air 2 is more powerful than the iPad Mini 4 and it runs on the A8X processor. It is the biggest and runs split view multitasking easily.
The iPad Pro 9.7 inch offers more power and its faster and has support for the Smart keyboard along with Apple pencil.
