iOS 9.2.1 Jailbreak Has Been Seen With Cydia Running Smoothly

By  |

Owners of iOS 9.2.1 handsets will be pleased to hear that that we have finally seen a jailbreak for an iOS device and it has been running Cydia smoothly on it.

What did come as a surprise was that the iOS 9.2.1 jailbreak didn’t come by way of Pangu or TaiG as was expected. Instead the jailbreak came from Luca Todesco from Italy. People shouldn’t be too excited though at the moment as for the time being the jailbreak hasn’t been made available to download.

The reason that the iOS 9.2.1 update hasn’t been released for the time being is that Luca didn’t want to make it available so that Apple could close off the exploits. He said that the jailbreak was the hardest to do and if people wanted to keep the jailbreak in their handsets they should not update.

However the good news still remains in that at least we have seen that the iOS 9.2.1 jailbreak is at least possible.
