Hyundai are leaning heavily on hydrogen fuel cells in their green project and they offer the Hyundai Tucsan FCEV that is able to offer up an hydrogen experience that is unlike any other.
However one issue when considering the Hyundai Tucson FCEV is the price tag. Now the company has come back into the limelight as they have given confirmation that they are going to reduce the price tag of the vehicle.
Hyundai said that by 2018 their goal is to make hydrogen vehicles cheap to own and they are going to start this process with the Hyundai Tucson FCEV. This does bring another car maker to mind, Tesla. They said exactly the same thing about the Tesla Model 3 in that they want to make vehicles that are more affordable.
Tesla of course is focusing on electric vehicles and Hyundai are focusing on the FCEVs. But you do have to wonder whether the Tesla Model 3 and the Hyundai Tucson FCEV is going to meet those goals.
Would you rather have the Hyundai Tucson FCEV or the Tesla Model 3?
