Recently PC Advisor undertook a test to compare the HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy S3. Both of the handsets are very similar in terms of specs, size and weight but which came out on top?
HTC One X vs Samsung Galaxy S3
The HTC One X is slightly smaller than the Samsung Galaxy S3 at 70 x 134, the S3 measures 71 x 137. This however makes no difference whatsoever. The S3 is thinner at 8.6mm but it is a little heavier at 133g. The HTC One X is 130g and 8.9mm. The differences as you can see are minimal.
Another aspect of the two handsets is when it comes to the displays. The Samsung Galaxy S3 has a beautiful Super AMOLED screen at 4.8 inches and the HTC One X has a 4.7 inch Super IPS.
Processor wise the HTC One X comes with a quad core Nvidia Tegra 3 1.5GHz, while the Samsung Galaxy S3 has a Exynos 4 quad core 1.4GHz.
The S3 is offered in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions and it has support for microSD card. The HTC One X is only offered in the 32GB and it lacks support for micoSD. Which of the two handsets is the best is down to the user and preference over handsets.
