HTC One Shipping Times Reduced But At What Cost?

By  |

The HTC One is a great looking device and it has a premium look to it, but it has been having issues in getting to customers. The device does have a price set in India, but it does seem that it will be some time before customers are able to get their hands on it.

Yesterday we heard that HTC were having problems getting parts for the device. This is due to those who are supplying the parts favouring other makers of phones after HTC reduced their orders last year after their sales went down.

Rediff.com said that they have the HTC One and that the price of the device is Rs 49,990, this is around $850 USD. Anyone who is ordering the device will need to wait for 30 days until they get it in their hands. The handset comes in a silver finish and it has 32GB of memory.

Bearing in mind that there has been delays it could be debatable as to whether the device would be in your hands by the time frame specified. The HTC One has a display of 4.7 inches, which is full HD. The handset runs on the Snapdragon 600 and this has been clocked at 1.7GHz and this is matched with the Adreno 320 GPU.

The device comes with 2GB of RAM and comes with the Ultrapixel camera from HTC. It is the camera that is behind the delays of the handset. When the device is in stores it should be a huge hit.
