The HTC J Butterfly happens to be the very first full HD Android handset and it has been launched in Japan. Benchmark tests of the device have been revealed and it shows that the device has a score of 13287 points.
HTC J Butterfly is the Verizon HTC DROID Incredible X
Now GSMInsider found another nugget of information in the benchmark test. The HTC J Butterfly has the codename of the HTC DLXJ, this stands for HTC Deluxe J.
According to a source the HTC Nexus device is the HTC DLX, so this means that the Butterfly is the new HTC Nexus in Japan, at least. The handset could be called the HTC Nexus 4 or the Nexus 5, after the 5 inch display. There are also rumors that it will be headed to Verizon with Droid branding (possibly the HTC DROID Incredible X).
The HTC J Butterfly also packs an 8-megapixel camera, 2GB RAM, NFC, LTE, and its biggest rival is expected to be none other than the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, the only other phablet out there with specs that match the Butterfly.
