Honda Ridgeline Is Superb But Not Price Tag
The Honda Ridgeline may be a superb vehicle but you cannot say the same about the price tag of it. What the vehicle does offer is a ride that is comfortable and anyone who is after a utility vehicle that can tow and haul, it is great.
The 2017 Honda Ridgeline has the global light truck platform and it does have a lot in common with its sibling, the Honda Pilot. For towing it is difficult to beat, and the same applies for hauling things around in it. In fact you might want to think of it as being a Pilot that comes with a bed.
The engine in the Honda Ridgeline is the V6 3.5 litre which means it offers up 280 horses and 262 torque. It comes with the six speed automatic and there are choices of all-wheel drive or front-wheel drive.
While there is going to be a great deal that you will like about the Honda Ridgeline one thing that you are not going to like is the amount that you will have to pay to get behind the wheel. We are talking about $41, 370 and this is not the top of the range but the starting price. People have said that they would pay out around $18,000 to get hold of it and take into account that you can pick up the F150 Lariat for a little over $43k.
One person said that if you go to the dealers to look at the Honda Ridgeline you only get shown the top of the range vehicles, which command a price tag that is even higher.
So does the price tag of the 2017 Honda Ridgeline put you off from purchasing the vehicle or do you think that it is worth it?
