Two great pickup trucks in the segment are the Honda Ridgeline and the Chevrolet Silverado. The Silverado comes under the large segment and the Ridgeline is in the midsized.

The Honda Ridgeline offers the front wheel drivetrain that does exceptionally well as a workhorse and it has been flexing its muscles at the Silverado.

The Honda Ridgeline recently showed off just how strong it was in a test and it came out ahead of the Chevrolet Silverado despite it being in the smaller category. The test we are talking about was a bed strength test.

It involved pouring blocks of concrete onto the bed of both the Honda Ridgeline and the Chevrolet Silverado. The bed of the Ridgeline suffered only from light scratches while the Silverado received heavy dents.
