Many people buy a handset that is locked but it’s troublesome once they’ve decided to change to another carrier, because then they will have to get their phones unlocked. Thanks to a leaked code that is going around, this is now possible.
Thanks to the leaked code that is going around people owning the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, 2, S4 and S3 can now unlock their locked device and it doesn’t cost them a penny to unlock it.
All you have to do to unlock your handset is follow the following guide.
One: Insert a new SIM card into your Galaxy Note 2 or Galaxy S4.
Two: Turn off your device then turn it back on again.
Three: Head to the dialpad and enter in *#197328640#.
Four: Choose  UMTS >  Debug Screen >  Phone Control >  Network Lock > Options  Perso SHA256 OFF.
Five: Wait for 30 seconds or so before heading back into the main menu by choosing “back”.
Six: In your main menu, you’ll see “Network Lock”, so now choose  NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ
This code should work with many other handsets belonging to Samsung, including the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, 2, S4 and the S3.
