We are still waiting for Google to give us a little more detail about the Google Pixel 2 and although Google is determined to keep the details to themselves, some people at XDA might have a few details to tell us.
According to some of the people over at XDA, the upcoming Google Pixel 2 will come with an always-on display setting. This was revealed after some people found the code for it in the latest Android O Developer Preview 3.
With the Always-on display, users can retrieve some information from the device without actually waking up the device. Samsung was one of the first to introduce us to the feature and it has been offered in a few other Android devices ever since.
There were also rumours about the Google Pixel 2 possibly coming in with an edge to edge display along with improved camera as of course, the new Android O operating system.
