When Google announce their new Pixel 2 this year, they also revealed that the device will be getting what they called the AR Stickers.
The AR Stickers are basically animated objects and characters that users will get to stick into the real world setting using the Google Pixel 2 camera. According to the announcement, the stickers can be placed in low-light conditions and at 60 frames per second.
AR Stickers was not released with the Google Pixel 2 device but it is now ready to go. In fact, Google Pixel users will also be getting the stickers are well. To use the AR Stickers, all you need to do is launch the Camera app on Pixel or Pixel 2 and swipe in from the left side.
You will get to see the categories of stickers to choose from including Star Wars, Foodmoji, Stranger Things and more. No word on when the rest of the Android will receive the AR Stickers feature.
