Faster Honda Civic In The World Buries Dodge Charger Hellcat

By  |

The Honda Civic is a superb vehicle to own due to the fact that it offers up performance that is superb while at the same time being great with fuel economy. However one thing that was never meant for the Civic was for the vehicle to come with speeds of a supercar. One owner however has fine-tuned his Civic to take on the Dodge Charger Hellcat.

What is surprising is that the fine-tuning of the Honda Civic in question was done mostly using parts from Honda. The engine was replaced by a V6 3.5 litre and this was taken out of the Honda Odyssey. The heads along with the cams both come from the Acura TL Type S and the transmission is from the TL Type S 6 speed manual. It also offers up the large 72mm turbocharger and this means that the Civic dishes out 800 horses.

Yes you read it right, the numbers are pure madness for a Honda Civic, more so when you take into account the fact that the vehicle is very light. The vehicle is fast enough so that it can outperform the Porsche 911 and it could even take on the 707 horsepower Dodge Charger Hellcat and leave it behind.
