Fallout 4 and mods go hand in hand in the past and gamers love getting their hands on them. Pretty soon this could end though thanks to Sony as they are not allowing gamers to use user mods on the game played on the PS4. This may ruin the game on the console and in fact some gamers may choose to move to the PC or Xbox One.
Bethesda said that Sony isn’t allowing user mods for Fallout 4 on the PS4 but then they seemed to reach something of a compromise. It seems that the PS4 Skyrim Special Edition is going to have mods and it was said that perhaps they would be seen on Fallout 4 later. While this may happen there is going to be a catch to it.
Those playing on the Xbox One and PC can use things that gamers load into the game. This is something that PS4 gamers are unable to do and they have to put things together from what they have in the game. This means that they are not going to be able to customize the Batsuit and other things. Some people have made use of mods for creating and we have listed some of them below that are thought to work.
The Cheat Terminal allows you to get into computers to activate different cheats, such as changes to the weather and infinite ammunition.
Everyone’s Best Fried allows you to take Dogmeat along with a companion out with you when you go on your adventures.
Unlimited Building allows you to change variables to high numbers.
Unlimited Crafting Container allows you to store everything that you could possibly want close to Vault 111.
Apply Legendary Effects To Guns means you can make your own Legendary gear and make sure that it is useful.
This means that perhaps after all it isn’t all bad news for Fallout 4 on the PS4, however Sony have tried to ruin the experience for gamers.
