Ever since the Essential Phone was announced, people could not wait to get their hands on the device and new reports are now suggesting that we are getting closer to the device.

This came after reports claimed that Andy Rubin, the co-creator of the device stopped by FCC to gain approval for the device. That means the device is really close now and that it would come with both GSM and CDMA networks.

That means those that bought the unlocked version will be able to use the device with any of the carriers. Of course, if you bought it with a package, you are stuck with Sprint

The device will come with a 5.71inch Quad HD display screen. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor with 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It will also be sporting a 13MP dual rear camera.
