The next generation of the Chevrolet Bolt EV is said to be coming out within a month but there has been a delay in the production we are hearing. Confirmation of this came from the mouths of a number of dealers for the vehicle, who have been denied pre-orders for the vehicle.

Pre-orders of the Chevrolet Bolt EV were going to happen this month, however now it is looking as they are only going to begin in November.

We asked GM about this but haven’t received anything back yet. If the delay proves to be true, then Tesla will have a huge smile on their face.

Tesla is generally the EV car maker that is slow for development of a new product and GM was supposed to be showing them the way to do it with the Chevrolet Bolt EV. Trust might be lost and some people may choose to go ahead and wait for the Tesla Model 3 instead.
