Blackberry Priv vs Microsoft Lumia 950: Fight!

Both the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL and the Blackberry Priv has something of their own to offer. The Lumia 950 XL is all about the Windows 10. As for the Blackberry Priv, it has the Blackberry security all packed together with the Android OS. So which of these two is the better device.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 XL will be coming in with a 5.7-inch display screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a pixel count of 515ppi. The device will be running on the Windows 10 OS and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset of 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage. The Lumia 950 XL will be powered by a 3340mAh battery and will be fitted with a 20MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.

The Blackberry Priv, on the other hand, will come with a slightly smaller 5.4inch display screen with a resolution o 1440 x 2560 and 541ppi. The device will be running on the Android 5.1 Lollipop and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chip with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage.

Powering it is a larger 3410mAh battery. The Blackberry Priv will also be fitted with an 18MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera. So which of these two will you be going for?

    These are just two completely different phones for comparison.

    Bottom line is no one would buy the Priv unless they wanted a physical keyboard, in which case there’s not much in choice.

    It’s sad that the Blackberry, known for business and security, had to go to the most unsecure OS that most business IT departments won’t touch in order to survive.

    Priv has access to all of android apps.
    Lumina has access to no apps on MS app-store, and the apps that are there are now outdated and are not getting updated by devs anymore.

    The app stores are the most important aspects of any phone comparison.

    Verdict:

    Lumina is mostly a useless paperweight.
