AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note Price Dipped For Sequel

By  |

We’re almost certain that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is set to be unveiled at this year’s IFA, but there are still plenty of people who want to get hold of the original Note for cheap when its successor is unveiled.

Incoming Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has Amazon drop current Note’s price

If you’re one of them, you may be about to get lucky, as Amazon Wireless is offering the Samsung Galaxy Note – with AT&T – for just $159.99 on contract. This is $40 cheaper than AT&T itself is asking, by the way. There hasn’t been an AT&T Note deal this good since February, so if you’ve been hanging around for a discount, this could be it.

If you’re up for this deal, then check out Amazon Wireless as you will need to purchase the device online to secure the deal. You need to note, though, that this $159.99 price if applicable to new customers and upgrades who are buying the Carbon Blue version. The White version is $159.99 for upgrading customers only.

As for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, rumors suggest that it will be as fast as the Samsung Galaxy S3, feature a larger 5.5-inch display and remain with an 8-megapixel camera. So it’s not a major upgrade by the looks of it.
