It is important that the brakes of a vehicle actually work which is why it is so crucial that Alfa Romeo recalls their Giulia and Stelvio to get their braking system fixed.

According to the reports, the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Alfa Romeo Stelvio braking system were filled with contaminated brake fluid which could cause damage to the system and affect how the braking system performs.

Models that were affected by the issue include those that were made from the 14th of November until the 23rd of November 2017. That means only 307 units are offered in the US but it is still important that those vehicles are fixed as soon as possible.

Models that are affected by the recall will need to have their braking system inspected. If necessary, the system will be replaced. Fixes will start on the 8th of February. If you are one of the affected owners, you might want to stop driving your Alfa Romeo until it is fixed.
