The price according to the reseller is $259.92, however this doesn’t necessarily mean that you will be able to get the device for $300 or even higher if this is true. This is due to the fact that the 8GB version of the handset is above the $199 price at Google Play. That’s right, CPW lists the smaller model at $260 while the 32GB Nexus 7 sits at 259.92.

Nevertheless what it does show is that the reseller is expecting to get the 32GB Nexus 7 and this should be around 24th October points out DL. It is also listed as a “special model”. What this means is anyone’s guess, however it is good news all-round as this happens to be the second mention of the device is just two days.

On a side note since we are talking about price. If the 32GB Google Nexus 7 does in fact come in at $259, then rumors of the 8GB Nexus 7 dropping to $99 could prove true. We will be keeping our fingers crossed for that one.
