The 2019 Toyota Supra is still elusive as the brochure that was said to be for the vehicle that was posted online has turned out to be a fake.
We saw an image of what was said to be the scanned brochure for the 2019 Toyota Supra on the Auto.Blog.rs website. However it seems that the brochure was made up from that of the MkIV along with enthusiast magazines.
The brochure had said that the 2019 Toyota Supra would come with engine that were taken from BMW and these included the 2 litre and 3 litre turbocharged units. The 2 litre was said to offer 192 horses along with 236 torque and the 3 litre 340 horses and 332 torque.
It also said that the Toyota Supra would be slighter longer and wider than the Toyota 86 but it would offer a height that was similar and it would come with a choice of wheels of 18 and 19 inches. Part of the front bumper and headlights were shown, with the headlight being similar in shape to that of the FT-1 concept.
It is thought that the Toyota Supra is going to be given a preview at the Tokyo auto show and it should be offered for sale during 2018 but will be a 2019 model.
