The new Toyota Avalon made its debut at the Detroit Auto Show. Here is what the 2019 model will be offering.
The Toyota Avalon will be sharing its powertrain with the Camry which means it will be powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that will be offering about 301hp and 267lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a new eight-speed automatic transmission. The Hybrid model will be fitted with a 2.5 liter four-cylinder engine and a pair of electric motors.
On the inside, customers will find the Entune 3.0 Plus infotainment system that will come with a 9inch capacitive touchscreen and it will also support the Apple CarPlay although Android Auto support is still missing. The Toyota Avalon will also come with features like wireless smartphone charger, give USB port, three years of Remote Connect, 2G WiFi connection and more.
On the outside, the Avalon will be fitted with adaptive LED cornering lamps, sequential rear turn signals and more.
