We see more and more smartphones manufacturers working to come out with their own version of an AI assistant and now it looks like automakers are looking to go down that road as well.
It was reported this week that both Kia and Hyundai will be releasing models in 2019 that will come with AI Assistants. Called the Intelligent Personal Agent, the system would not only remind drivers of their activity of the day but it can also allow drivers to control their cars and house using the system.
To take things a little further, it was also reported that they are also working to have the system support multiple commands at once which means if two different commands were given at the same time, the system would be able to execute them without getting confused.
Hyundai will be showing off this tech at CES 2018 so we should have an idea of what to expect before the 2019 models arrive.
