Hyundai said that the Hyundai Santa Cruz isn’t going to be coming out to dealers before the turn of the decade; however the design of it has been completed more or less. The car maker has said that they don’t think that the time is now right to reveal the vehicle.
The production version is going to be finalized by the car maker and we may get to see it at the 2016 LA Auto Show or it could be seen on the 2017 Detroit Auto Show.
The shape and the proportions are thought to not going to be changed, however Hyundai are smoothing things out in regards to the aggressive contours to make things a bit easier on the eye of the prospective buyer.
The Hyundai Santa Cruz was revealed very close to the launch of the second generation Honda Ridgeline. When the vehicle makes its way out it is going to compete with the Honda HR-V, Subaru Outback and the crossover that has been taken from the Ram 1500.
