2019 BMW X5: New Looks New Tech

By  |

2019 will be the 20th anniversary for the BMW X5 which means BMW will probably want to offer something special to mark the occasion.

The 2019 BMW X5 will be coming in as an all-new model although it will be sharing its platform with the BMW X3 and BMW X7. Compared to the previous design, the BMW X5 new design will be fiercer and bolder.

The 2018 BMW X5 interior will match what we have seen on the BMW X7 so far but there will be a few tweaks here and there. Other features that we can expect to see from the BMW X5 is the redesigned control panel with crystal surfacing on the iDrive knob.

Under the hood is the 3.0-liter straight-six engine that will be offering 20hp more than the previous model. The 4.4 liter V8, on the other hand, will offer about 456hp now. Some poeple are hoping that we will see the diesel version coming to the US but at this point, it does not look like it is going to happen.

The 2019 BMW X5 should be going on sale in Q4 this year.
