2018 Toyota Tacoma Gets Ready For Wrangler And Ranger

By  |

We haven’t seen any signs that Nissan, Honda or GM is able to catch up with sales of the Toyota when it comes to the mid-size segment. The Toyota Tacoma has been able to control the segment but just by a small margin. However this has only been due to the fact that the competition hasn’t been able to put much of a fight.

One of the most appealing things about the Chevrolet Colorado is the Duramax 2.8 litre engine. The price tag of the vehicle is $31, 700 and this is around the same as the price tag of the Honda Ridgeline.

The Nissan Frontier has been able to improve its sales figures by as much as 45% this year. This is a vehicle that is badly in need of an overhaul right now. The Toyota Tacoma on the other hand managed to more than double the sales of the Frontier throughout the end of last month.

Toyota is hoping to be able to boost the capacity of the Toyota Tacoma, however it is going to have to face competition that is intense. The Jeep Wrangler is popular and this is a vehicle that may enter over into the mid-size pickup market, the Toyota Ranger is fighting alongside the Toyota Tacoma in much the same way as it did with the Toyota Hilux on the global market.

The two new entries are of course known to be difficult to be for off the road vehicles and they would give the Toyota Tacoma a run for its money in such a way that the peers in the American market haven’t been able to do.
