Elon Musk was bragging about the fact that the Tesla Model 3 should be able to offer at least a range of 215 miles. However you may wish to take this with a pinch of salt.

A survey recently taken suggested that many people don’t believe this to be true. It asked what people what they thought was the most unexpected thing about the Tesla Model 3 and 43% of people said that the range.

It would be strange for the Tesla Model 3 to come to the market with a battery choice the same as the Model X and S. If it does however, then we expect to see longer ranges along with batteries that are priced higher.

The declaration made by Musk that the Tesla Model 3 is going to offer a range of 215 miles isn’t all that believable. Many people are hoping for at least 250 miles.

Of course this is nothing but speculation at the moment and we are going to have to wait for the arrival of the Tesla Model 3 to find out just what it offers. We do know that the vehicle is going to come with plenty of enhancements and the starting price should be around $35,000.
